1、摘 要 本设计包括三部分:一般部分,翻译部分和专题部分。一般部分是石台矿180万吨新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田境界和储量、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升与运输、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。石台矿位于安徽省淮北市石台镇境内,西南距淮北市约15km。区内铁路运输有矿用铁路经符夹线至符离集,可通往华东各工业城市,公路可直通徐州、宿县、阜阳等地,交通甚为方便。另外井田北有连霍高速公路,交通较方便。南邻张庄矿,西接岱河矿和朔里矿,东以张庄向斜轴与井田相连,北以16号勘探线为界,南北长7.5公里,东

2、西宽4.5公里,面积约22平方公里。3煤层为可采煤层,厚度为7m,平均倾角为170。井田内工业储量为21502.67万吨,可采储量为15092.238万吨。矿井正常涌水量329m3/h,属于低瓦斯矿井。煤尘有爆炸危险性,并且煤层有自燃发火倾向。石台煤矿设计年生产能力为180万t/a,服务年限为62.98a。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。矿井的采煤方法为走向长壁综合机械化一次采全高法开采。矿井为三水平采区开拓。一水平标高为-300m,采用立井开拓,主立井主要用于提升煤炭,副立井主要用于提升人员、矸石、和材料等。二水平设置在-550m,采用暗斜井延伸。三水平设置在-800m,采用暗斜井延伸。矿井采用一

3、矿一面的高效作业方式,另外设一备用面。工作面长度为165m。水平运输大巷采用3t底卸式矿车运输煤炭及架线式电机车牵引1.5t固定箱式矿车运输矸石和材料等。矿井通风方式为抽出通风方式,风井布置方式为混合式。专题部分主要对煤炭建设井巷工程费用进行线性分析,分析变化规律,以简化设计中费用查找的程序。翻译部分是关于一篇关于煤矿开采中的软岩工程,题目为:“Optimization of soft rock engineering with particular reference to coal mining”关键词:井田 ;主井 ;副井 ;通风 ABSTRACTThis design includes
