1、摘要在生产过程中,无论是建筑还是食品储藏乃至农林业、医学等都对空气湿度有不同程度的要求。除湿机通过调节空气的湿度以满足生活、生产的需求。调温除湿机不仅能完成空气除湿,而且可以对空气的温度进行调节在普通除湿机的基础上增加调温模块(升温和降温功能模块),对空气的湿负荷及冷/热同时进行控制。调温除湿机在功能方面的提高,能够满足更多场合的不同需要。本课题设计的是柜式调温除湿机,其应用的原理是冷却除湿即由制冷系统和送风系统组合而成,利用制冷机将空气温度降低至其露点温度时,空气中水分凝结,从而达到降低空气湿度的目的。冷却除湿具有除湿效果好、房间相对湿度下降快、运行费用低、不要求热源、也可不需要冷却水、由于
2、能耗小、操作简单、易于控制,得到了广泛的应用。除湿机主要部件包括蒸发器、两个冷凝器(分别为风冷型和水冷型)、风机、压缩机等。课题设计的方法是通过理论计算、图纸设计等得出柜式除湿机的整体布局及各部件外形尺寸、安装尺寸、安装位置。设计的核心内容是蒸发器和风冷冷凝器,通过热平衡计算、结构设计、阻力计算, 确定两个换热器的结构及外形尺寸。课题设计过程中,一些重要的环节及问题需要注意。首先,风量的选取对除 湿效果有很大的影响。在一定的进风温度和相对湿度下,除湿机有一个最佳进风 量, 使得除湿机的除湿量最大。其次,考虑到对空气侧传热的强化,风冷蒸发器、冷凝器均采用叉排管束及管外套整体式平直翅片。由于空气在
3、蒸发器内温度降低, 存在结露的问题,故蒸发器翅片的间距比冷凝器的大一些。设计过程遇到的问题 是冷凝器管排数过多,厚度太厚,采取的解决方法是增加传热温差。至于传热温 差大对其他经济效益等的影响,此次设计中没有做进一步考虑。本课题所设计的 除湿机,其循环制冷量较小,选用涡旋式压缩机,风机选用空调用离心式风机。出于对除湿机部件外形美观的考虑,本设计中两换热器的长宽比控制在 0.6 左右。通过对课题的设计,调温除湿机利用制冷循环来对空气进行处理,从而达到调温除湿的目的。其工作过程中回收系统的冷凝热,来弥补空气中因为冷却除湿时散失的热量,是一种高效节能的除湿方式,已经广泛应用于国防工程、人防工程、 烟草
4、及石化行业、地铁车站、航天领域净化工程、实验室、电讯器材室、档案室、食品房 、制药或胶片车间、特种玻璃制造、粮食、木材等的除湿干燥和高湿空间的除湿与温度控制等有除湿要求的场所。具有较好的发展前景。关键词:除湿机;冷却除湿;蒸发器;冷凝器AbstractDuring production process, air humidity is required in many places, such as food storage, building or even agroforestry. Thermostat dehumidifier can complete the air dehumidification and adjust the temperature of air - which adds the temperature- regulated module compared to common dehumidifier (including heating and cooling module). The relative humidity of air and cooling or heatin

Thermostat dehumidifiers improvement in function can satisfy the different needs of more occasions.The cabinet thermostat dehumidifier is designed in this subject, the principle of which is cooling and dehumidification- a combination of refrigeration system an

Air temperature is reduced to its dew point temperature by making use of refrigerator, and the moisture of air is condensed in order to achieve the purpose of reducing air humidity. Thermostat dehumidifier has better effect of dehumidification with the relative humidity decreasi
8、ng fast and low operating costs. It does not require heat or even not require cooling water. It has been widely applied due to the low energy consumption, simple operation and convenient control. The main components of dehumidifier comprise the evaporator, two condensers (air-cooled and water-cooled
9、 condenser), fan and compressor and so on. The approach of design is to elicit cabinet dehumidifier general layout, the dimension of components, installation size and installation location through theoretical calculation and drawings. The evaporator and air-cooled condenser are designed as core cont

Through thermodynamic calculation, structural design and resistance calculations, the structure and dimension of the two heat exchanger are determined.A number of important aspects and problems are paid attention to in the processof design. Firstly, the selection of air volume has a great influ
11、ence on the dehumidification effect. Under certain inlet air temperature and relative humidity, dehumidifiers have an optimum air volume, making the dehumidifier a maximum amount of dehumidification. Secondly, in view of the enhancement of the air-side heat transfer, staggered tubes are adopted in a
12、ir-cooled evaporator and condenser with the integral plain fins on pipes. Considering that there is the possibility of frosting in evaporator, the space between evaporators fins is larger than the condensers. The problems encountered during the design process are the excessive number of rows tube an
13、d thickness of condenser. The solution adopted is to increase the heat transfer temperature difference. As for the impact on other aspects because of large temperature difference, this design do not make further consideration. The 6kg/h cabinet dehumidifier, which circulation cooling capacity is sma
14、ll, uses the scroll compressor and centrifugal fan for air conditioning. In the light of dehumidifiers appearance, the designs length-width ratio of the two heat exchangers is controlled at about 0.6.Through the design of the subject, refrigeration cycle is used to process wet air in order to achiev
15、e the purpose of temperature-regulated dehumidification in thermostat dehumidifier. Its a high efficient way that the condensation heat of recovery system is used to make up for lost heat in the air cooling dehumidification. This has been widely used in national defense projects, petrochemical indus
16、try, tobacco and subway station, aerospace field, laboratory, telecommunication equipment room, record room, food and housing, pharmaceutical or film workshop, special glass manufacturing, food, wood and other places which requires dehumidification.
