1、摘 要在矿井的生产中,矿井运输占有重要的地位。其中,矿用的采煤机,刮板运输机,胶带运输机,矿用电机车是井下运输中的核心设备,这些集机械、电子、液压于一体的器械的有机组合,大大增加了煤矿的运输、生产效率。而人们对于矿井运输设备的设计严格的要求最优,首先对具体煤矿的工作条件、产量、运输量进行精确的测量与计算,然后选择最符合要求的矿井运输设备的型号,以发挥其运输的最大效率,最小的经济投入。 本次设计的主要目的是根据自己具体所选的煤矿,选择合适的矿井输入设备(主要有刮板运输机,胶带运输机,矿用电机车),其中对刮板运输机和胶带输送机的空重段承载量的计算,各点张力的计算,对与链与托辊、滚筒刚度的校核组成了
2、本次设计的核心内容。此次设计是对自己机械方面综合知识的测试与考验。本设计主要对矿井生产所用的提升及运输设备的选型进行的一次合理选择。矿井提升需要用一些专用的提升设备,主要有提升容器,提升钢丝绳,提升机,井架,装卸载设备以及一些辅助设备。矿井提升设备是矿山较复杂而庞大的机电设备,它不仅承担物料的提升与下放任务,同时还上下人员。矿井运输是煤炭生产过程的一部分,煤炭的井工生产中,运输线路长,巷道条件多种多样,运输若不畅通,采掘工作就无法继续进行,井工生产的煤矿运输作业,包括从工作面到矿井地面的煤炭运输和辅助运输,辅助运输包括矸石、材料、设备和人员运输。关键词: 矿井运输;校核;计算;提升机。 Abs

15、配套设备选型1.1机械化采煤工作面类型的确定与论证某煤矿煤层最大厚度2.9m,煤层倾角6,煤层截割阻抗A375N/mm,顶板岩性:老顶为级,直接顶为2类,工作面设计长度为110m,设计年产量为90万t/年。本矿煤层赋存条件较好,煤层为进水平煤层,煤层厚度适中,为2.9m,井型为中型矿井,设计能力为90万t/年,直接顶为2类中等稳定顶板,老顶为类顶板,周期来压强烈,要求工作面支护强度较大。根据本矿工作面条件及我国目前采煤方法的类型及设备配套情况,设计确定工作面的方法为综采一次采全高。1.2初选采煤机及其配套设备根据采高,滚筒直径,截深,生产率,电机功率,牵引力及牵引速度,初步选择采煤机型号为MLS3H-340,查阅煤炭科学院等编制的采煤机械化成套设备参考资料一览表,确定选用ZC5-ZY35成套设备。但其刮板机的运输能力偏小,设计选取电机功率为320kW。且其机电设备选型大部分为国家淘汰产品,本次设计根据实际进行了适当调整。设备选型配套情况见下表141:表141 Z
