1、摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展,我国的印染业也进入了高速发展期,设备和技术水平明显提升,生产工艺和设备不断更新换代,印染企业尤其是民营印染企业发展十分迅速。但是,印染行业生产过程中排放的“三废”,尤其是废水治理不当将会对环境造成严重污染。本设计是关于3000吨/天的印染废水的处理工程,该废水处理后的出水指标按广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值(DB44/26-2001)标准执行。对于印染废水的处理工艺,要求在高效节能,简便易行和经济效益等各方面进行考虑。经过对各种处理工艺进行分析比较后,最终选择工艺是先通过混凝沉淀反应去除大量的悬浮物和色度,然后进入接触氧化池,经过充足的曝气,由好氧微生物将废水中的
2、有机物降解至既定的浓度,再经过二沉池进行沉淀后达标排放。经过该工艺,CODcr处理效率达到90.4。BOD5处理效率达到94.7,SS处理效率达到93.5,色度处理效率达到95.9。关键词:印染废水,混凝沉淀,接触氧化AbstractAlong with the fast development of the national economy, the printing and dyeing industry of our country also entry into the high speed development period, the equipment and the techn
