1、摘要本设计是住宅楼给水排水工程设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统和消防系统三个部分。本次设计的目的是充分利用所学的现有的知识,完成高层建筑给水排水工程的设计。此次设计基本上实现了我们从理论知识向实际工程设计的转变,充分的把理论知识应用到实际的工程当中,并对设计的方案、内容加以有针对性地、有说服力地论证,从而实现设计工程的可行性。在选题的过程中,考虑到地区性、建筑性质,选用高层建筑,建筑类别相对高级,进行建筑给水排水工程的设计,满足人们的生活需要,并且使人们得到舒适、便利生活环境。设计的大体内容是:建筑给水工程、排水工程和消防工程,设计的意义在于满足人们生活用水的同时,要满足室内的消防用水,保证人
2、们居住的安全性。设计的依据为相关书籍和设计手册、规范。在设计中,大都按照常规方法,严格依据设计手册中的相关规范来进行,建筑给水排水系统及卫生设备要相对完善,在技术上要保持先进的水平,在计算的过程中,尽量使用符合经济流速的管径,以便降低成本,同时要考虑水的漏失、压力情况来选择管材和一些连接管件,以便在水从市政管网输送到建筑内用户的过程中,水的漏失量最少,节约水资源。本次毕业设计根据所提供的建筑物为二十六层的高层住宅楼,地下1层,本建筑以城市给水管网作为水源,从市政管网取水,供水水压为0.15MPa。土壤最大冻结深度-1.34m,市政管网不允许直接抽水。设计时结合建筑的性质、用途及建设单位要求,
3、室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备。该项目建筑要求消防给水安全可靠,每个消火栓箱的设按钮,消防时直接启动消防泵,在地下室(柴油发电室、锅炉间)考虑用水雾系统,商场中用自动喷淋系统。该建筑为住宅楼,建筑高度为76米,共27层,地下一层,地上26层。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:给水系统:本建筑地下一层至地上七层由室外市政管网直接供水,八至十七层和十八至二十六层设有变频调速系统和水泵的给水方式;由于消火栓超过十个,需设两条引入管。从不同的方向引入。既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。排水
4、系统:本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,升顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。消防系统:该建筑防火等级属于重危险级,设计内容包括消火栓系统,自动喷水灭火系统和水雾系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。商场设自动喷水灭火系统,柴油机发电室和锅炉间设水雾系统。雨水系统:该建筑为高层建筑,建筑的屋面高低落差较大故主要采用雨水内排水方式,以及少量的外排水。各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙
