1、摘要本设计为互助县西山乡给水工程设计,设计规模规划到2023年,城镇人口规模为6.4万人,生活用水量标准200L/人d,日工业产值248万元,万元产值耗水量70m3/万元,日变化系数1.1,未预见漏失量20Q最高日计。互助县西山乡给水工程的设计,是为了满足该镇近期和远期用水量增长的需要而新建的,最终设计规模为4.1万立方米/天给水处理厂设计,主要是给水处理厂的设计。该厂的水源为地表水,水质情况良好,水厂位于城镇西边4公里处,原水水质其中的一些常规的检测项目已经符合生活饮用水水质卫生规范(2001)的要求,需要处理的为水源的浊度、残渣及细菌的灭活。由于水源具有较高含沙量,则该水厂的处理工艺流程设

2、计为二级沉淀工艺流程。即:原水预沉混凝沉淀过滤消毒二级泵站用户。主要构筑物为:取水泵站、简单辐流沉淀池、机械搅拌澄清池、普通快滤池、清水池、配水池和二级泵站。水厂布置采用了直角型,水厂地面标高0.00米,服务水头60米,Kh为1.42。水厂出厂水质统一按现行国家生活饮用水卫生标准考虑。水厂出厂水压为0.38MPa,以满足接管点处服务水头0.25MPa。本设计最终成果主要包括设计计算说明书和图纸两部分。设计计算说明书中包括取水工程,水源选择、取水方案及位置的确定、取水构筑物形式和设备设计计算并绘图;输水工程, 输水管道工程的设计计算并绘图;给水处理工程,净水厂场址选择、水处理方案的比较与选择、建

3、构筑物型式、尺寸及设备选择计算并绘图。图纸部分共14张,包括:给水工程设计说明、互助县西山乡诚镇总体规划图、互助县西山乡给水厂总平面布置图、互助县西山乡给水厂管网布置图、管网节点详图、二级泵站平剖面图、机械澄清池平剖面图、机械搅拌澄清池剖面图、取水泵房平剖面图、清水池平剖面图、普通快滤池平剖面图、清水池平剖面图、给水厂高程布置图、加氯间平剖面图、简易辐流式预沉池平剖面图。1ABSTRACTThis design for the huzhu county west rural water supply project design, planning design size by 2023, t
