1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为涡北煤矿1.50Mta新井设计。涡北煤矿位于安徽省亳州市境内,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长约6km,倾向(南北)长约3.2km,总面积为18km2。主采煤层为8煤,煤层倾角平均20,平均总厚度为8.5m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为168.46Mt,可采储量为102.33Mt。矿井设计生产能力为1.5Mt/a。矿井服务年限为52.5a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为250m3/h,最大涌水量为280m3/h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为6.77 m3/t,绝对涌出量为21.3m3/min,为低瓦斯矿井。井田开拓方式为立井两水平上下

2、山开拓,二水平采用暗斜井延深。采用胶带输送机运煤,采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。东一采区采用了采区准备方式,共划分为五个工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对8101工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为8.5 m,平均倾角24。工作面采用综采放顶煤采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“三八制”工作制度,截深0.6m,每天两个循环,循环进尺1.2 m,月推进度72 m。一般部分共包括10章:1、矿区概述与地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式采区巷道布置;6、采煤方法;

3、 7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全;10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是浅析矿井瓦斯灾害与防治技术,主要是介绍了矿井瓦斯灾害,煤与瓦斯突出的防治和瓦斯抽放技术。翻译部分主要内容是关于矿井防火技术方面的研究,英文题目为:Recent Developments and Practices to Control Fire in Undergound Coal Mines。关键词:立井; 暗斜井延深; 两水平; 采区布置; 中央并列式通风; 放顶煤采煤方法ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general part, th

4、e special subject part and the translation part. The general part is about a 1.50 Mt/a new design for Gobei mine. Gobei mine is located in Bozhou City, Anhui province. the traffic is convenient.The length of the coalfield is 6km,the width is about 3.2km,and the total area is18km2.The 8th is the main

5、 coal seams with average dip of 18.The thickness of the mine is about 8.5m in all. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 168.46 million tons and the minable reserves are 102.33 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.5 million to

6、ns percent year, and the service life of the mine is 52.5 years. The normal flow of the mine is 250m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 280m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush is 6.77 m3/t and the absolute gush is 21.3m3/min, so it is a low gas mine. The mine is a vertical shaft developmen

7、t with two mining levels and the extension of blind inclined shaft. Te central laneway uses Belt Conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway.The ventilation mode of this mine is center juxtapose form.The design applies district preparation agai

8、nst the first district of East One which divided into five longwall faces totally, and conducted coal conveyance, ventilation, gangue conveyance and electricity designing.The design conducted coal mining technology design against the 8101 face. The coal seam average thickness of this longwall face i

9、s 8.5 m and the average dip is 24, The face applies fully-mechanized coal caving mining method, and uses double drum shearer cutting coal which cuts twice each working cycle. “Three-Eight” working system has been used in this design and the depth-web is 0.6 m with two working cycles per day, and the

10、 advance of a working cycle is 2.4 m. So the advance is 72m per month.This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5. mining district preparation;

11、 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Underground transportation of the mine; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms of the designed mine.The topic of special subject parts is Analysis of Coal Mine Gas Disaster a

12、nd Prevention Technology. It mainly introduces the gas disaster and regularity, coal and gas outburst prevention and control and gas drainage technology.Translation part is a study on control fire in undergound coal mines numerical moddlling of pillar strength.The English title is: Recent Developmen
