1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为城郊煤矿2.4Mt/a新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。城郊井田位于河南省永城市境内,覆盖城关乡、城厢乡的全部及侯岭、双桥、十八里、将口乡的一部分。井田平均走向长度8.1km,平均倾向长度5.57km,井田面积约45.12km2。煤层倾角平均为6,倾角变化较小,可采煤层为2煤和3煤,设计煤层为3煤,平均厚度4.98m。矿

2、井工业储量310.22Mt,可采储量214.19Mt,设计服务年限63.7a。矿井正常涌水量180m3/h,最大涌水量230m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量0.5 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井。确定开拓方案为立井两水平开拓(岩巷),立井延伸,设两水平,一水平标高-550m,二水平标高-750m。整个井田划分为6个带区。采用中央并列式通风。矿井采用带区式准备方式,工作面设计长度230m。采用综合机械化一次采全高工艺。矿井年工作日为330d,昼夜净提升时间为18h。矿井采用“四六”制工作制度,三班生产,一班检修。生产班每班完成2个采煤循环。循环进尺为0.8m,日产量7312.24Mt。矿井煤炭采用胶带输

3、送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两对16t侧卸式箕斗提煤,副井采用一对1.5t矿车双层四车加宽罐笼运送物料和升降人员。专题部分题目为:矿用充填材料与充填技术发展。主要综述了近年来煤矿充填开采中应用的充填材料及充填技术。 翻译部分主要内容是热多孔双重孔隙介质中的井壁稳定性分析。英文题目是:Borehole stability analysis in a thermo poro-elastic dual-porosity medium。关键词:立井;两水平;带区;综合机械化一次采全高;中央并列式通风ABSTRACTThis design includes three

6、ao Minefield is located the territory of Yongcheng city,covering full of Chengguan Township, Chengxiang Township,and part of Houling Township,Shuangqiao Township,Shi Bali Township,Jiangkou Township. Its about 8.1 km on the strike and 5.57 km on the dip, with the 45.12 km2 total area. There are 2 min

7、able coal seam. The main aquifer coal seam is 3 coal seam with an average thickness of 4.98 m, and the average dip of 3 coal seam is 6. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 310.22 Mt and the minable reserves are 214.19 Mt, with a mine life of 63.7 a. The normal mine inflow is 180 m3/h and the m

8、aximum mine inflow is 230 m3/h. The mine relative gas emission quantity is 0.5 m3/t, and the absolute gas emission quantity is 0.5m3/min. Thus, it is a low gas mine. Determine program is vertical shaft development with two mining levels, and the tunnel is set in the rock seam; The first mining level

9、 is -550 m, the second mining level is -750m . The mine field is divided into six mining strip district. The type of mine ventilation is the centralized juxtapose ventilation . Designed first mining district makes use of the method of the mining strip district preparation. The design length of worki

10、ng face is 230 m, which uses fully mechanized mining overall height in one times technology. The working days in one year are 330. Everyday it takes 18 hours in lifting the coal. The operation mode in the mine is “four-six” with three teams mining and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes t

11、wo working cycle. So everyday there are 6 working cycles. The advance of a working cycle is 0.8 m, and the quantity of 7312.24 ton coal is maked everyday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. The main shaft uses two double 16 t sk

12、ips to lift coal and the auxiliary shaft uses a twins wide 1.5 t four-car double-deck cage to lift material and personnel transportation.The monographic study entitled “Mine filling material and filling technology development.”.
