1、摘 要本设计包括三部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为王庄煤矿1.8Mt/a新井设计。王庄煤矿位于山西省长治市郊区故县,距市中心30公里,交通便利。井田走向(南北)长约11.0km,倾向(东西)长约4.5km,总面积为49.3km2。主采煤层为3#煤层,煤层倾角为25,平均厚度为4.0m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为25714万t,可采储量为18640万t。矿井设计生产能力为1.8Mt/a。矿井服务年限为79.7a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为144 m3/ h,最大涌水量292 m3/ h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为1.23m3t,绝对涌出量为4.22m3min,为低瓦斯矿井。矿
2、井开拓方式为立井单水平上下山开拓。采用胶带输送机运煤,采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八制”。一般部分共包括10章:1、矿区概述与井田地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式采区巷道布置;6、采煤方法;7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全;10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是急倾斜煤层工作面三带分布特征分析,主要是研究了急倾斜煤层顶板破坏与维护,以及急倾斜煤层条件下的采煤方法。翻译部分主要内容是关于压力和温度波动对近红外在煤矿井下测量瓦斯的影响的研究,英文题目

4、uang mine. Wangzhuang mine is located in Changzhi in Shanxi province. It is very convenient to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 11.0 km,the width is about 4.5 kmand the total area is 49.3km2.The third are the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 25
5、 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 4.0m in all. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 257.14 million tons,and the minable reserves are 186.40 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.8 million tons percent year, and the s
6、ervice life of the mine is 79.7 years. The normal flow of the mine is 144 m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 292 m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush is 1.23 m3/t and the absolute gush is 4.22 m3/min, so it is a low gas mine.The mine is a single level in two shafts to develop. Te central

14、,南部为山前斜坡地带,区内地势起伏不平,均被较厚的第四系黄土所覆盖,井田北部较高,南部较低,最大标高1024.7m,位于王1与王2钻孔之间的寒山煤矿附近;最小标高898m,位于扩区东部边界一带,最大相对高差为127m左右。1.1.3交通条件208国道由北向南穿越井田,东距王庄矿工业广场约6 公里,309国道横贯矿区。王庄矿铁路专用线至长治北站14公里,与太(原)焦(作)及长(治)邯(郸)铁路相接,通往全国各地。区内各村镇均有公路相通。交通极为方便。如图1-1。图1-1 矿井交通位置图1.1.4矿区周围环境资源(1)老窑采空区:目前,王庄井田范围内共有小煤矿17座,均为地下开采,大多数小煤矿井口
15、标高都高于当地最高洪水位线,井田内小矿均有独立的通风系统,目前对王庄矿影响不大,小煤矿均处于停采状态。(2)矿区建设资源:矿区东面为长治钢铁公司,王庄煤矿与长治钢铁公司两大企业组成本区一片规模较大的煤铁工业区,与之配套的各种服务行业也比较发达。(3)矿区电力来源:工业广场35KV变电所两回电源线路为LGJ-185/3.1km,由崔蒙35KV变电所332、337转送至工业广场35KV变电所的高压开关351、352送至两段35KV母线,经353、354送至两台SFZ9-10000KVA主变,降压为6KV后,由640、631两回路配出,分两段母线运行,供矿井提升、运输、洗煤等生产系统用电。1.1.5矿区气候条件(1)气温:井田地处黄土高原,区域气候属暖温带半干旱大陆性气候区,年温差和日温差变化较大,夏季午间较热,晚间较凉。年平均最低气温7.8,年平均最高气温为9.7,19年平均气温为9.15。(2)冰冻:冰冻期是每年10月至次年的4月,最大
