赵家寨煤矿2.4Mta新井设计.doc

1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为赵家寨煤矿2.4Mt/a新井设计。赵家寨煤矿位于河南省新郑市,区内交通十分便利。井田东西走向长13.5km,南北倾向宽34km,井田面积约47km2。井田内可采煤层共有4层,主采煤层为二1煤。井田内二1煤倾角在014之间,平均厚度5.5m。矿井工业储量为358.64Mt,可采储量为244.17Mt,设计服务年限72.6a。矿井正常涌水量为600m3/h,最大涌水量为650m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为4.436m3/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量为30.806m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井。煤层无自然发火倾向,但煤尘有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条

2、件,提出四个技术上可行的开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平开拓,暗斜井延深,东翼设一辅助水平;方案二:立井两水平开拓,暗立井延深,东翼设一辅助水平;方案三:立井三水平开拓,暗斜井延深,东翼设一辅助水平;方案四:立井三水平开拓,暗立井、暗斜井延深,东翼设一辅助水平。通过粗略和详细技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。一水平标高-200m,二水平标高-500m,东翼辅助水平标高-390m。整个井田划分为9个带区和1个采区。考虑到井田东西走向较长,矿井生产前期采用中央并列式通风方式,后期根据需要在井田东西两翼增加两个边界回风井。矿井采用带区式准备方式,工作面设计长度210m,采用综合机械化放顶煤采煤工艺

3、。矿井年工作日为330d,昼夜净提升时间为16h。矿井采用“三八”制工作制度,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班完成3个采煤循环,检修班完成1个采煤循环。循环进尺为0.8m,日产量为7562.38t。矿井煤炭采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两对12t底卸式箕斗提煤,副井采用一对1.5t矿车双层四车加宽罐笼运送物料和升降人员。专题部分题目为:郑州矿区“三软”不稳定煤层巷道支护技术分析。主要分析了郑州矿区“三软”不稳定煤层巷道失稳破坏的原因,并提出了相应的控制技术措施和控制郑州矿区“三软”煤巷支护失效和巷道围岩变形的机制。翻译部分主要内容是关于巷道掘进巷道掘进过

5、ine design of Zhaojiazhai Coal Mine. Zhaojiazhai Coal Mine lies in the west of Xinzheng City, Henan province. The transportation in the mining area is very convenient. Its about 13.5 km on the strike and 45 km on the dip, with the 47 km2 total area. There are 4 minable coal seam. The main aquifer co

6、al seam is 2-1 coal seam with an average thickness of 5.5 m, and the dip of 2-1 coal seam is 014. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 358.64 Mt and the minable reserves are 244.17 Mt, with a mine life of 72.6 a. The normal mine inflow is 600 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 650 m3/h. The mi

7、ne relative gas emission quantity is 4.436 m3/t, and the absolute gas emission quantity is 30.806 m3/min. Thus, it is a low gas mine. The coal seam has no spontaneous combustion tendency, but the coal dust has explosion hazard.Based on the geological conditions of the mine, I bring forward four avai

8、lable project in technology. The first is vertical shaft development with two mining levels, the deep extension of blind slope, and an auxiliary level is set on the east wing; the second is vertical shaft development with two mining levels, the deep extension of blind shaft, and an auxiliary level i

9、s set on the east wing; the third is vertical shaft development with three mining levels, the deep extension of blind slope, and an auxiliary level is set on the east wing, and the last is vertical shaft development with three mining levels, the deep extension of blind slope and blind shaft, and an

10、auxiliary level is set on the east wing. The first project is the best comparing with other three projects in technology and economy. The first mining level is -200m, the second mining level is -500m, and the auxiliary level on the east wing is -390m. The mine field is divided into nine strip distri

11、cts and one mining district. Taking into account the long distance in the east and west direction, The type of mine ventilation is the centralized juxtapose ventilation at the beginning period. 12、nal ventilation.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of the mining district preparation. The design length of working face is 210 m, which uses fully mechanized mining with top coal caving technology. The working days in one year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the c

13、oal. The operation mode in the mine is “three-eight” with two teams mining and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, and the overhauling team makes one working cycle. So everyday there are 7 working cycles. The advance of a working cycle is 0.8 m, and the quantity of 75

14、62.38 ton coal is maked everyday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. The main shaft uses two double 12 t skips to lift coal and the auxiliary shaft uses a twins wide 1.5 t four-car double-deck cage to lift material and personnel

15、 transportation.The monographic study entitled “Analysis on “Three-soft” unstable coal seam roadway support technology of Zhengzhou mining area”. The study mainly analyse the instability failure reasons of “Three-soft” unstable coal seam roadway in Zhengzhou mining area. And the corresponding contro
