1、摘要本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分为恒源煤矿1.8 Mt/a的新井设计。恒源煤矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县刘桥镇境内,西以省界与河南省永城市毗邻,矿井铁路专用线经濉溪站转接京沪、陇海和京九三大干线通往全国各地,交通十分便利。井田走向长度为5.08-5.71km,倾斜宽为2.38-3.63km,井田水平面积为16.86 km2。主采煤层一层,即6号煤层,平均倾角7,厚约3.5 m。井田工业储量为203.46 Mt,可采储量148.21 Mt,矿井服务年限为58.81 a。井田地质条件简单,表土层平均厚度95 m;矿井正常涌水量为525.44 m3/h,最大涌水量为

2、683.40 m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=2.5,煤质牌号为烟煤;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为1.732 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层无自燃发火倾向,煤尘的爆炸性较低。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井单水平上下山开采(岩石大巷,水平-500m);方案二:立井单水平上下山(煤层大巷, 水平-500m);方案三:立井两水平暗斜井延深(岩石大巷,第一水平-500m,第二水平-650m);方案四:立井两水平暗斜井延深(煤层大巷,第一水平-500m,第二水平-650m)。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。将主采煤层划分为一个水平,水平标高-500 m,并在-750m处设置辅

3、助水平。设计首采区采用带区准备方式,工作面长度245 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“四六”制作业,三班生产,一班检修。生产班每班3个循环,日进9个循环,循环进尺0.6 m,日产量6806.84 t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1 t固定式矿车。主井装备一套多绳16 t侧卸式箕斗和两套带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对多绳1 t矿车双层四车窄罐笼和一个1 t矿车双层四车宽罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用中央并列式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量5082.2 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1455.43 Pa,风阻0.19 Ns2/m8,等积孔2.66 m2,矿井通风

4、容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量5627.2 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力3310.71 Pa,风阻0.35 Ns2/m8,等积孔1.93 m2,矿井通风中等困难。设计矿井的吨煤成本120 元/t。专题部分题目是浅析巷道底鼓治理原理与技术。翻译部分是一篇关于澳大利亚地下硬岩矿山树脂锚杆的性能量化的论文,英文原文题目为:Quantifying the performance of resin anchored rock bolts in the Australian underground hard rock mining industry。关键词:立井;上下山开采;大采高;单巷掘进;中央并列式

5、ABSTRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper.The general design is about a 1.8 Mt/a new underground mine design of Hengyuan coal mine. Hengyuan coal mine lies in Huaibei, Anhui province. The west part of the mining fie

6、ld connect to Yongcheng, Henan province, and the coal mine railway for special connects Jinghu、Longhai、Jingjiu three main railway stems by Suixi station to the whole China, the traffic is very convenient. Its about 5.085.71 km on the strike and 2.38-3.63 km on the dip,with the 16.86 km2 total horizo

7、ntal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is 6 with an average thickness of 3.5 m and an average dip of 7. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 203.46 Mt and the minable reserves are 148.21 Mt, with a mine life of 58.81 a.The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal

8、 mine inflow is 525.44 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 683.40 m3/h. It is soft coal with low mine gas emission rate and coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and its not a coal seam liable to explosion.Based on the geological condition of the mine, I bring forward four available project in techn

9、ology. The first is vertical shaft development by rock roadway with single mining level which go to -500 m; the second is vertical shaft development by coal roadway with single mining level which go to -500 m; the third is vertical shaft development by rock roadway with two mining levels and the ext

10、ension of inclined shaft go to -650 m; the last is vertical shaft development by coal roadway with two mining levels and the extension of vertical shaft go to -650 m. The first project is the best comparing with other three project in technology and economy. The first level is at -500 m, and a acces

11、sorial level is setted at -750 m.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, the length of working face is 330 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two team

12、s mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycles, with nine working cycles everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.6 m, and quantity of 6806.84 ton coal is made everyday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and 1t mine car to be assista

13、nt transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be assistant transport. In the prophase of mining the mine makes use of centralized ventilation method,when in the evening of mining the mine makes use of areas ventilation method. At th

14、e easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 5082.2 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 1455.43 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.19 Ns2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.66 m2. At the difficult time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is about 5627.2 m3 per

15、minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 3310.71 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.35 Ns2/m8, equivalent orifice is 1.93 m2. The cost of the designed mine is 120 yuan per ton.The monographic study is the analysis of the theory and thecnique of roadway floor heave.The translated academic
