1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分为张双楼矿2.4 Mt/a的新井设计。张双楼煤矿位于江苏省徐州市境内,东有沛屯铁路与陇海线相连,交通十分便利。井田走向(东西)长平均约7.61 km,倾向(南北)长平均约3.02 km,井田水平面积为22.98 km2。主采煤层一层,即7号煤层,平均倾角22,厚约9.0 m。井田工业储量为316.89 Mt,可采储量218.61 Mt,矿井服务年限为65.06 a。井田地质条件简单,表土层平均厚度250 m;矿井正常涌水量为320 m3/h,最大涌水量为340 m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=2.3,煤质牌号为气煤44;矿井绝对

2、瓦斯涌出量为1.84 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期36个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平开采,一水平-550 m,立井延深至-950 m水平;方案二:立井两水平开采,一水平-550 m,暗斜井延深至-950 m水平;方案三:立井三水平开采,一水平-500 m,二水平-750 m,立井延伸至-1000 m水平;方案四:立井三水平开采,一水平-500 m,二水平-750 m,暗斜井延伸至-1000 m水平。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案二为最优方案。将主采煤层划分为两个水平,一水平标高-550 m,二水平标高-950

3、 m,因井田走向大断层将井田分为南北两部分,井田南部为一水平服务范围,井田北部为二水平服务范围。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度168 m,采用综采放顶煤采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业,两班半生产,半班检修。生产班每班2个循环,日进5个循环,循环进尺0.8 m,日产量7272.7 t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。主井装备一套16 t双箕斗和一套16 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对1 t矿车双层四车罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用中央并列式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量7410 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1388.6 Pa,

4、风阻0.11 Ns2/m8,等积孔3.44 m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量7410 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2605.05 Pa,风阻0.17 Ns2/m8,等积孔2.81 m2,矿井通风中等困难。设计矿井的吨煤成本120 元/t。专题部分题目是矿井热害产生的原因、危害及其防治措施。翻译部分是一篇关于岩石的抗拉强度实验,数值模拟和分析研究的论文,英文原文题目为:Experimental, numerical and analytical studies on tensile strength of rocks。关键词:立井开拓;暗斜井延深;采区布置;放顶煤;中央并列式ABS

5、TRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper.The general design is about a 2.4 Mt/a new underground mine design of Zhangshuanglou coal mine. Zhangshuanglou coal mine lies in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province. As Peitun railway run

6、 across the east part of the mining field connect to Longhai railway, the traffic is very convenient. Its about 7.61 km on the strike and 3.02 km on the dip,with the 22.98 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 7 with an average thickness of 9.0 m and an average dip of

7、 22. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 316.89 Mt and the minable reserves are 218.61 Mt, with a mine life of 65.06 a.The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 320 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 340 m3/h. It is bituminous coal 44 with low mine g

8、as emission rate and coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and its a coal seam liable to explosion.Based on the geological condition of the mine, I bring forward four available project in technology. Option One: Shaft two-level mining, a level of -550 m, vertical shaft deep to the -950 m level; Opti

9、on II: vertical shaft two-level mining, a level of -550 m, dark inclined deep to the -950 m level; Option III:shaft mining of three levels, a level of -500 m, the level of -750 m vertical shaft extends to the -1000 m level; program four: vertical shaft three levels of exploitation, a level of -500 m

10、, -750 m, the second level, dark inclined shaft extends to the-1000 m level. The first project is the best comparing with other three project in technology and economy. The first level is at -550 m, The second level is at -950 m, Because a major fault lies in the center of mine field, the mine field

11、 is divided into the north section and the south section, the south section is one level service scope, and the north section is two level service scope.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, the length of working face is 168 m, which uses fully-mechani

12、zed coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, with six working cycle everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.8 m, and quantity of 7272.7 ton coa

13、l is maked everyday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be assistant transport. In the prophase of mining the mine makes use of

14、centralized ventilation method,when in the evening of mining the mine makes use of areas ventilation method. At the easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 7410 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 1388.6 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.115 Ns2/m8, equivale

15、nt orifice is 3.44 m2. At the difficult time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is about 7410 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 2605.05 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.175 Ns2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.81 m2. The cost of the designed mine is 120 yuan per ton.T
