1、摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为魏家地煤矿1.8 Mt/a的新井设计。魏家地煤矿位于白银市平川区境内,白(银)宝(积山)铁路长征至红会段从白银西站经白银、靖远、平川区、魏家地煤矿直通红会四矿,交通十分便利。井田走向(东西)长平均约8.4 km,倾向(南北)长平均约2.5 km,井田水平面积为21.04 km2。主采煤层一层,即1#煤层,平均倾角10,厚约8.0 m。井田工业储量为229.04 Mt,可采储量145.84 Mt,矿井服务年限为58.0 a。井田地质条件简单。表土层平均厚度70 m;矿井正常涌水量为100 m3/h,最大涌水量为210

2、m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=0.40.6,煤质牌号为气煤44;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为42.32 m3/min,属高瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期46个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平开采,直接延深至+850 m水平;方案二:立井两水平开采,暗斜井延深至+850 m水平;方案三:立井三水平开采,直接延深至+850 m水平;方案四:立井三水平开采,暗斜井延伸至+850 m水平。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。将主采煤层划分为两个水平,一水平标高+1050 m,二水平标高+850 m。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度190

3、m,采用一次采全厚放顶煤采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班2个循环,日进4个循环,循环进尺0.8 m,日产量5517 t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。主井装备一套12 t双箕斗和一套12 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对3 t矿车双层单车罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用两翼对角式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量5726 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2528 Pa,风阻0.278 N.2/m8,等积孔2.26 m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量5726 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2816 Pa,

4、风阻0.369 N.s2/m8,等积孔2.14 m2,矿井通风容易。设计矿井的吨煤成本20元/吨。专题部分题目是煤与瓦斯突出防治与研究现状。翻译部分是一篇关于长壁开采时上覆岩层裂缝带形成过程的论文,英文原文题目为:Formation of fractured zones in overburden due to longwall mining。关键词:立井;上山开采;放顶煤;双巷掘进;两翼对角式 ABSTRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and transl

5、ation of an academic paper.The general design is about a 1.8 Mt/a new underground mine design of Weijiadi coal mine. Weijiadi coal mine lies in Baiyin,Gansu province. As Baibao railway from Changzheng to Honghui run across Baiyin and Jignyuan and Pingchuanqu and Weijiadi coal mine connect to Honghui

6、fourth coal mine, the traffic is very convenient. Its about 8.4 km on the strike and 2.5 km on the dip,with the 21.04 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 1 with an average thickness of8.0 m and an average dip of 10. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 229.04 M

7、t and the minable reserves are 145.84 Mt, with a mine life of 58.0 a. The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 100 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 210 m3/h. It is bituminous coal 44 with tall mine gas emission rate and coal spontaneous combustion tende

8、ncy, and its a coal seam liable to explosion.Based on the geological condition of the mine, I bring forward four available projects in technology. The first is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extension of vertical shaft go to +850 m; thr second is vertical shaft development

9、 with two mining levels and the extension of inclined shaft go to +850 m; the third is vertical shaft development with three mining levels and the extension of inclined shaft go to +850 m; the last is vertical shaft development with three mining levels and the extension of vertical shaft go to +850

10、m. The first project is the best comparing with other three projects in technology and economy. The first level is at +1050 m, The second level is at +850 m.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, the length of working face is 190 m, which uses fully-mec

11、hanized Caving coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes two working cycles, with four working cycles everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.8 m, and quantity of 55

12、17 tons coal are made everyday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be assistant transport. In the prophase of mining the mine ma

13、kes use of Two wings of diagonal ventilation method,when in the evening of mining the mine makes use of Two wings of diagonal ventilation too. At the easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 5726 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 2528 Pa, the coefficient of resi

14、stance is 0.278 N.s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.26 m2.
