1、摘要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孙村1.8Mt/a新井初步设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。孙村煤矿位于山东省泰山东侧的新泰市新汶办事处孙村镇境内,地处新汶煤田东部,位居山东新汶矿业集团公司腹地,东与张庄煤矿,西与良庄煤矿相邻,南依蒙山山系,北与莲花山相望,柴汶河自东向西流经井田之上。主井井口地理坐标:东径1174057,北纬355216,东北距新泰市9km

2、,西距磁窑68km,西北距济南168km。孙村煤矿位于山东省泰山东侧的新泰市新汶办事处孙村镇境内,地处新汶煤田东部,位居山东新汶矿业集团公司腹地,东与张庄煤矿,西与良庄煤矿相邻,南依蒙山山系,北与莲花山相望,柴汶河自东向西流经井田之上。矿井范围东西以人为边界为界,南边以煤层露头为界,北边以自然边界为界。井田走向长度为7.82km,倾斜长为5.03-6.58km,井田水平宽度为5.5km,水平面积为43.62平方公里。孙村煤矿交通方便,磁(磁窑)莱(莱芜)铁路穿过矿井生产区与生活区,与京沪铁路接轨,铁路运输可畅通全国各地。矿井驻地公路四通八达,井田南部有京沪高速公路和蒙馆公路;井田北部有直通泰安

3、市的一级公路和博徐公路,并与京沪高速公路交汇。矿井最大涌水量为1206m3/时,正常涌水量为900 m3/时;煤质为气煤;煤层的埋藏深,厚度大,储量丰富。矿井属低瓦斯矿井,煤层无自然发火危险,煤尘有爆炸性。矿井采用综合多水平开拓,采用中央并列式和两翼对角式混合通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁综采一次采全高开采。煤炭运输采用阻燃胶带和底卸式矿车,辅助运输采用蓄电池电机车牵引矿车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。专题部分题目是煤矿冲击地压及其防治。翻译部分是一篇关于煤尘处理的论文,英文原文题目为:Coping with Coal Dust。关键词:斜井;采
