平煤四矿1.2Mta新井设计.doc

1、摘 要本设计共包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为平四矿1.2Mt/a的新井设计。共包括10章:1. 矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3. 矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4. 井田开拓;5. 准备方式带区巷道布置;6. 采煤方法;7. 井下运输;8. 矿井提升;9. 矿井通风及安全;10. 矿井基本技术经济指标。四矿位于平顶山矿区中部,平顶山市区东南约6 km,东西走向宽5.2 km,南北倾斜长3.6 km,面积19.7km2。井田主采煤层只有一层,为戊10煤层,煤层厚度4.0 m,平均倾角为9 井田地质条件简单。矿井正常涌水量为427 m3/h,最大涌水

2、量为673 m3/h;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为5.43 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层无自燃发火倾向,为不易自燃煤层;煤层有一定的爆炸危险;该煤层地质储量为114.84 Mt;工业储量为112.5Mt;设计资源储量为109.17 Mt;设计可采储量为85.60 Mt;服务年限为51年。根据井田地质条件,设计采用立井单水平的开拓方式,井田采用带区式布置,矿井通风方式采用中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为330 d,日净提升时间16 h,工作制度为“三八制”。采煤工艺为一次采全高,胶带运输机运煤。专题部分题目为平煤四矿深部软岩巷道支护技术浅析,给出了深部软岩巷道的变形规律及几种国内外最新的支护方法,通过

3、比较分析,得出更适合四矿的具体条件的支护方法,对四矿的井生产实践具有一定的指导意义。翻译部分题目为Environmental issues from coal mining and their solutions ,主要分析了煤炭开采的环境影响及国内外的处理措施。关键词:平煤四矿;立井单水平;带区布置;中央并列式通风ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general part, special subject part and translation part. The general part is a new design of 1.

4、2 million tons per year of NO.4 of Pingdingshan mine. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.Development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of mining area; 6.The method used

5、in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms. The NO.4 mine located in the middle of Pingdingshan mine area. And its 6km away from the southeast of the town. It has

6、a length of 5.2 km in the east and west direction while a width of 3.6 km in the south and north direction on average. The total area is Approximately 19.7 km2. The main coal seam in the mine is only one, which is the amyl 10# coal seam. The average thickness is 4.0 m, while the angle is about 9 deg

7、ree. The normal mine inflow is 427 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 673 m3/h. The absolute gas emission is 4 m3 per ton. Thus it is Low gaseous mine. It has no tendency of spontaneous combustion, which belongs to not easy to spontaneous combustion coal. But the coal dust of the mine has explosion

8、 hazard. The geological coal reserves is 114.84Mt; and the industrial reserves is 112.5Mt, the design resource reserves is 109.17 Mt; while the design recoverable reserves is 85.60Mt; The service life is 51 years.According to the geological conditions, the development of the mine chose a single leve

9、l with shaft. The number of the working faces is only one, which using the band-style layout. The ventilation type is centralized parallel. The working days in a year are 330. Every day it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The working system in the mine is “three-eight”. The coal mining process is

10、 a full-height, and the belt conveyers undertake the job of coal transport in the mine.The title of the special subject part is” the analysis of the deep and soft rock roadway support in the NO.4 mine”, which described the deformation of the soft-deep rock roadway and the latest methods of support a

11、t home and abroad .according to a comparative analysis, we chose the support which is more suitable to the NO.4 mine, and it has the guiding significance for the mine production in practices.The translation parts title is” Environmental issues from coal mining and their solutions”, which analyzed th
