1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孙疃矿1.8 Mt/a的新井设计。孙疃煤矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县境内，其南与任楼矿井接壤，北与杨柳井田毗邻，东北距宿州市约23km。井田内有多条公路可至淮北市、宿州市和蒙城县。井田外东侧、西北侧和南侧分别有京沪铁路、濉阜铁路和矿区铁路青（疃）芦（岭）支线经过。交通十分方便。全井田南北走向长9.57km，东西倾斜宽35km，面积约40.7km2。主采煤层一层，即10号煤层，平均倾角17，厚约2.73 m。井田工业储量为308.24 Mt，可采储量234.41 Mt，矿井服务年限为93.01 a。井田地质条件简单。表土层平均
2、厚度50 m；矿井正常涌水量为383 m3/h，最大涌水量为520 m3/h；煤层硬度系数f=2.3；矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为1.84 m3/min，属低瓦斯矿井；煤层有自燃发火倾向，发火期36个月，煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件，提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一：立井单水平上下山开采，水平在-550m, 煤层大巷；方案二：立井单水平上下山开采， 在-550水平，岩层大巷；方案三：立井两水平暗斜井开采 延伸至-900 m水平；方案四：立井两水平开采，立井井延伸至-900 m水平。通过技术经济比较，最终确定方案三为最优方案。将主采煤层划分为两个水平，一水平标高-550 m，二水平标高-900
3、 m，因井田走向大断层将井田分为南北两部分，井田南部为一水平服务范围，井田北部为二水平服务范围。设计首采区采用采区准备方式，工作面长度250 m，采用一次采全高采煤法，全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业，两班生产，一班检修。生产班每班4个循环，日进8个循环，循环进尺0.8 m，日产量5454.54 t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤，辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。主井装备一套12 t双箕斗和一套12 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤，副井装备一对3 t矿车双层单车罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用两翼对角式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量4150 m3/min，矿井通风总阻力1588 Pa，风阻
