1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为刘桥二矿1.5Mt/a新井设计。共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。刘桥二矿位于刘桥二矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县刘桥镇境内。西以省界与河南省永城市毗邻,东距濉溪县约10km,东北距淮北市约13km。井田平均走向长度为5.6km,倾向长度为3.214.3 km,平均为3.8 km,平均倾角为7.13度,水平面积为21.1平方公里。,井田地质条件
2、简单。矿井工业储量为174.19Mt,可采储量140.75Mt。矿井正常涌水量为500m3/h,最大涌水量为680m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量低,为1.732 m3/t,为低瓦斯矿井。矿井为立井两水平开拓,大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车,矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。一矿一面,矿井采用倾斜长壁全部跨落一次采全高。矿井年工作日为330d,每天净提升时间16h。矿井工作制度采用“四六”制,三班生产、一班准备。专题部分题目是矸石充填开采原理与技术。主要是对当前矸石充填开采做了分析。翻译部分主要内容为英制螺栓:在安装过程中的建模和力学性能的数值分析,英文题目为:Swaged bolts: mod

6、o sangshuping town of jurisdiction. The run of the mine field is 3.214.3 km,the width is about3.8 km,mine farmland total area is 21.1 km 2. The four nine and eleven is the main coal seam. The coalfield geological condition is simple.The proved reserves of the coalfield are 174.19 million tons. The r
7、ecoverable reserves are 140.75 million tons. The normal flow of the mine is 500 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 680m3 percent hour. The mineral gas gushes the deal lower,for low gas mineral mine.The mine farmland in an inclined mine to expand.The main transportation uses the adhesive
8、 tape transportation opporteunity coal.The working system “four-six” is used in the Pingshuo No.3 mine. It produced 330d/a.The development of the mine is double level with a main shaft and an auxiliary vertical shaft. The number of the working faces is only one. Comprehensive mechanization puts in t

The ventilation type in the early stage is centralized juxtapose. In the late stage two air shafts in the boundary

15、井东东南浅部以土楼断层和刘桥一矿为界,西西北以省界与河南省永城市的新庄煤矿相接。矿井交通十分方便,濉溪县至永城市公路从矿区通过,可直接接通河南省和安徽省内公路网。矿井铁路专用线经濉溪站转接京沪、陇海和京九三大干线通往全国各地,交通极为便利,如图1-1所示。1.1.2 矿区气候条件本区气候温和,属北温带季风区海洋大陆性气候。气候变化明显,四季分明。冬季寒冷多风,夏季炎热多雨,春秋两季温和。据淮北市气象局19802000年观测资料,年平均气温14.3,最高气温40.3(1988年7月8日),最低气温-10.9(1988年12月16日)。年平均降雨量785mm,雨量多集中在7、8月份。最大冻土深度0.17m,年平均风速2.2m/s,最大风速达20 m/s,主导风向东东北风。无霜期210240天,冻结期一般在12月上旬至次年2月中旬。1.1.3
