1、卷板机设计摘 要:卷板机是一种将板料通过塑性变形使其变为管料的机械,本次设计确定的设计方案是对称式三辊卷板机。对称式三辊卷板机有结构简单、质量轻、易于制造等优点。设计中主要对卷板机的上、下辊以及减速器进行设计校核。设计前部分详细阐述了卷板机上、下辊结构设计和受力分析,在该结构中上辊下压提供压力,两下辊做旋转运动,为卷制板材提供扭矩。动力源则选择了 YZ 系列YZ160L6 型电机,其工作特性优于 Y 系列电机,适用于有轻微震动,正反转且转速不高的场合。设计后部分所涉及的减速器采用了三级展开式圆柱齿轮结构,齿轮材料为 40Cr,并经调质及表面淬火。校核齿轮、轴、键、轴承确保了设计的实际可行性。关
