1、摘 要本次设计题目为杭州某办公楼暖通空调设计。此办公楼占地面积4095,空调面积3500,建筑高度为17.4m。本工程空调总冷负荷为291.5kw。 本设计对空调冷热源、空调方式、室内气流组织等方面的多种方案进行了比较,最后选择最佳方案。并在此基础上进行相关的计算、选用设备和校核参数等。该工程采用一种空调方式,办公室采用风机盘管加新风系统。卫生间用建筑自带的窗户进行自然通风。 本工程的冷源为活塞式冷水机组两台,一用一备。并且采用膨胀水箱定压。本设计的水系统为双管制。水管均布置为同程式,凝水就近排放。本工程属于办公类建筑,本次设计能够满足办公楼的舒适性和功能性要求。除此之外,本次设计还考虑了噪声
