1、电磁压机框架设计与制造摘要:电磁压机框架由上梁、下梁和侧板组成。框架是支撑压机的重要部件。而此次设计题目中,包括设计部分和制造部分。在设计部分中,通过查阅大量文献资料,以及按照经验设计了框架各板的尺寸,之后通过对侧板的受力分析进行校核,以此证明框架设计的合理性。在制造部分中,我通过对各个板的加工工艺来体现。在设计中,我通过所选液压缸的参数来设计各板尺寸,也由液压缸的参数来对框架板进行受力分析,以此完成题目的设计部分。而后从毛坯选择,刀具选择,夹具选择以及切削用量的计算完成了题目制造部分。所设计出来的框架结构简单,符合设计要求,安全系数得到保证,加工过程中消耗的材料少,关键词:框架 尺寸 工艺T
