3、,近期服务人口18万人,远期26万人。要求新建一座城市净水厂,自来水厂出水水质要求达到国家生活饮用水水质标准。整个工程包括三大部分:取水工程、净水工程和输配水工程。取水工程:根据该市的地形及地理条件,将水厂建于河流中上游,选用岸边式统一供水方案。进水室分2格,设淹没式进水口,每格设一个。一级泵房设计按近期规模110000 m3/d,考虑到水厂自用水量,采用1.05系数进水水泵选型。泵房共布置4台550S22A型水泵,3用1备,每台额定流量466.7L/s,扬程20 m。原水输送采用两根DN1000的球墨铸铁管。净水工程:(1)混凝:混凝剂采用聚合氯化铝(其中Al2O3为10%),投加量为60m
4、g/L,采用管道静态混合器混合。往复式隔板絮凝池反应时间20min,长31.9m,宽15m,有效水深2.0m,超高0.3m;(2)沉淀:平流沉淀池沉淀时间1.5h,表面负荷51.84m3/(m2h),长76m,宽15m,总高3.9m,沉淀池进水采用穿孔花墙配水,孔口流速为0.2 m/s; (3)过滤:设2组普通快滤池,强制滤速采用1014m/h,长11m,宽11m,总高3.1m,反冲洗方式采用高位水箱供水方式,反冲洗强度为14 L/(s.m2);(4)消毒:消毒采用液氯消毒,选用ZJ-型转子真空加氯机3台,2用1备,每台加氯机加氯量为1.6kg/h;(5)清水池:清水池调节容量按10% 设计,
5、总有效容积为11874m3,设2座清水池,单座平面尺寸为75 m20 m,有效水深4.0 m;(6)二级泵房:泵房内共设7台相同型号的单级双吸式离心泵350S125,5用2备,单泵额定流量350L/s,扬程125m。吸水管路采用DN600mm的钢管,压水管路采用DN450mm的钢管。输配水管网:主要包括管网的定线和管网的水力平衡计算,清水输水管道采用DN1200的球墨铸铁管,总长为1000 m。配水管网布置成环状,由送水泵站统一输水。根据最高日最高时用水量分配流量并进行管网平差,进行消防及事故校核,以符合设计规范要求。该工程的建成和投产有望能够有效解决定州市目前存在的供水能力不足现状,较大幅度

12、rotor vacuum chlorine adding machine 3, 2 with 1, each chlorinator dosage is 1.6kg/h;(5) the clear pool: pool of water regulation capacity by 10%, the total effective volume of 11874m3, equipped with 2 clear pool, single-seat plane size of 75 m 20 m, the effective depth of 4 m;(6) the two pump: sing
