5、caving coal. Now, lots of countries in the world are increasing investment on hydraulic support design, manufacture and research. A new type of hydraulic support must pass hydraulic support prototype type test in special institution appointed by nation and acquire technology authentication eligibili

6、ty report before it use in China 1. The structure statics analysis and transient dynamics analysis of hydraulic support were proceeded by ANSYS finite element analysis software. This method can find out the total displacement and the equivalent stress distribution rule of hydraulic support. The char

7、acteristic of equivalent stress, equivalent strain, residual stress and residual strain changed with time can also be analyzed.II.THE STRUCTURE STATICS ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC SUPPORTA. Three Dimensions Solid Model ConstructionThree dimensions design software SolidWorks has good three dimensions const

8、ruction model function. So, this paper constructs the three dimensions solid model of ZT6500/19.5/34 hydraulic support. Relevant hydraulic support prototype is shown in Fig.1. During model construction, some unimportant parts were simplified, which can not affect strength analysis results. Thiskind

9、of simplification does accord with engineering practice. 10、Restriction and LoadHydraulic support three dimensions solid model constructed by SolidWorks was saved as .sat file format. It can be led in ANSYS without any data loss. This method can decrease more time than direct construction model in ANSYS. Relevant solid model were divided with grid pattern by

11、 solid element solid92 and freedom division grid method 2. Hydraulic support prototype was divided into 56,884 elements and 109,445 nodes with test height 2850 mm. It is shown in fig.3. 12、ck on different hydraulic support place was adopted usually to simulate different load bearing working condition under well. The force produced by block to hydraulic support was treated as restriction condition commonly in finite element analysis 1. A rigidity long block and a square block were plac

13、ed on two sides of base motherboard under base torsion working condition . So, the top beam top board contacts with test board. Simultaneity, the load was exerted on top beam and base by four pillars. According to the prescript of MT312-2000 General Specification for Powered Support, the load exerti

14、on pattern of hydraulic support strength test is inside load exertion pattern 3. So, the loads were exerted on top beam and base by four pillars, whose value were 1.2 times of working resistance of hydraulic support prototype, which was 7800 KN.Fig.4 The restriction and load status under base torsio

15、n working condition All kinds of load working conditions of hydraulic support strength test were listed in MT312-2000 General Specification for Powered Support. For the base torsion working condition was the worst among these working conditions, so, this paper mainly makes an entire finite element analysis on hydraulic support prototype under this load working condition. After grid division, relevant restriction and load status are shown in Fig.4. C. Computation Result and Analysis By the entire finite element analysis on hydraulic support prototype under the
