1、摘 要本设计为1.8Mt/a 的矿区型选煤厂,地处山西临汾市。该厂的工作制度为每年工作330天,每天16个小时,施行两班生产,一班检修的轮换制度。本厂入洗原煤来自西沟坑口和东胜坑口,两者的配比为6:4。主要产品为精煤、中煤和煤泥。其中,精煤要求灰分为7.518.00%,水分Mt11.00%。经过原料煤资料分析、可选性判断以及通过技术经济比较后,本选煤厂流程定为三产品重介旋流器浮选联合流程。原煤经筛分破碎的准备作业后,由无压三产品重介旋流器进行分选,煤泥浮选,尾煤压滤,并且达到洗水闭路循环。精煤、中煤用铁路运出,煤泥和矸石用汽车外运,在当地销售。该厂主要建筑有准备车间、主厂房、压滤车间、产品仓等
2、。其中,主厂房东西5跨,南北3跨。由于该厂为大型厂,所选设备处理量较大,其中三产品旋流器一段直径为1400mm,二段直径为1000mm,精煤脱介筛型号为ZKS3675,中煤为ZKS3060,精煤磁选机型号为2CTXN1230,中煤为2CTXN1030,离心机型号为WZL-1200,浮选机采用的是XJM-S12型。本厂总投资1.16亿元,吨煤投资64.46元,投资回收期半年,全员效率为49.59吨/工。除工艺流程外,本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。设计时吸收了国内先进经验,全厂生产作业实现了集中控制、机械化和自动化。
3、关键词:设计; 重介质选煤; 浮选ABSTRACTThis is a coal processing plant design for the mining area type and its designed productivity capacity is 1.8Mt/a.Its located in linfen of shanxi Province.There are 330 workdays per year and 16 hours per workday in this plant which runs in shifts,two shifts are in charge of
4、producing and another is in charge of checking and repairing equipments.The raw coal comes form xigou pithed and dongsheng pithed,and between which the proportion is 60 percents to 40 persents.The main products are:clean coal,middling and tailings.Among them the clean coal require Ad is between 7.51
5、 persent and 8.00 persent,Mt11.00% at the same time.After analyzing the date of coal samples,estimating of the quality and comparation of economics and technique,the flowsheet of the plant is designed as three-product heavy medium-flotation united.All of the raw coal is separated in three-product-de
6、nse-medium cyclones after the preparation process,and then the fine coal is concentrated by flotation.The tailings from flotation are treated by pressure filtration so that fine coal can be recovered and washing water is recycled inside the plant.Among the products of the plant,the fine coal and mid
7、dle coal are carried by train.The gangue and the slime are carried by car,selling in the region.The main buildings of this plant include the prepare plant,the main plant,the pressure plant,and the produce camalig.In this plants,the main plant have 5 units in the east and west direction,and 3 units i
8、n the south and north direction.For the plant is a large one,the processing quantity of the machine is also large.The first diameter of the three-product-cyclone is 1400mm,the second diameter is 1000mm.The model number of fine coal is ZKS3675,of the middle coal is ZKS3060.The model number of magneti

15、保护10511.1 主要污染源及其控制措施10511.2厂区绿化106前 言毕业设计是对大学所学知识的总结和应用,通过对选煤厂的整体设计.将所学的基础和专业知识系统的应用于工程设计实践,从而系统的巩固所学的专业知识,提高知识分析和解决实际问题的能力,强化训练实际动手能力的一种方式。通过毕业设计,能够系统的把所学的理论知识和实际技能有机的结合起来,并加以运用到工程设计中,进一步提高运算、绘图、分析问题和解决问题的能力。理论联系实际才能创造出更大的成果。设计初期,为了增强对选煤厂的感性认识,充分了解现场的设备运行和安装情况、选煤厂生产管理情况,在学院的总体安排下,我们到神火新庄选煤厂进行了毕业实习。从中了解其生产、管理情况,收集有关资料,并通过现场工程技术人员、职工,了解了许多实践性的问题,为接下来的设计工作打下了坚实的基础。本次设计任务为设计年处理能力300万吨的矿区型炼焦煤选煤厂,主要入洗老窑坪矿和长嘴湾矿,以满足国民经济发展的需要。依据设计要求,利用两矿的生产大样报告,通过对资料的审核、校正、分析、综合以及原煤可选性的分析和评
