1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为刘桥二矿1.5Mt/a新井初步设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。刘桥二矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县刘桥镇境内。西以省界与河南省永城市毗邻,东距濉溪县约10km,东北距淮北市约13km。矿井交通十分方便,濉溪县至永城市公路从矿区通过,可直接接通河南省和安徽省内公路网。矿井铁路专用线经濉溪站转接京沪、陇海和京九三大干线通往全国各地
2、,交通极为便利。矿井东东南浅部以土楼断层和刘桥一矿为界,西西北以省界与河南省永城市的新庄煤矿相接。平均走向长度为5.62km,平均倾斜宽为3.26 km,平均倾角为7.13度,井田水平宽度为2.713.04 km,水平面积为18.05平方公里。矿井最大涌水量为683.40m3/时,正常涌水量为525.44 m3/时;煤质为烟煤;全矿井最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为7.866 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层属不自燃发火煤层,煤层具有爆炸危险性。矿井采用双立井单水平开拓,采用中央并列式通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁综采一次采全高。煤炭运输采用阻燃胶带,辅助运输采用无级绳绞车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天
