3、 are supplied with coal by two major mines based on Baganuur and Shivee-Ovoo.Baganuurs mine still supplies all power plants of Ulaanbaatar city as they were designed to use coal of this mine. During recent years,Shivee-Ovoo mine supplies coal to power plant No.4 located in Ulaanbaatar city, but quali

Coal mines of our country are evenly distributed in total territory of the country, comprising 12 basins with coal area divided to three zones. Today, over 300 mines are exposed, of which around
7、 80 are proven by prospective works1.According to preliminary assessment by prospective works coal resources of our country exceed 150 billions tons1 and coal resources of 22,3 billions tons are identified by preliminary and detailed prospective works. In energy sector 12,2billions tons of these res

So, technological burning mode, technical and economic basis is heavily dependent on what type of coal was designed to use for certain power plant. In othe

So that it may be reason of increasing number of breaks and stops, reducing efficiency ofteam generators, as well as the plant. Thats why more detailed research of thermotechnical parameters is needed, and identification of conditions for optimal use of coal from Baganuur and Shivee-Ovoo, supplying
