3、t special coal seam deposits natural CO gas, and provided correlative experiment data; and then, it illustrated the reason of the CO gas in working face increased relatively in the course of coal cutters shearing, according to the translation between mechanism energy and inner energy and the rupture

4、 of carbon molecule side chain during coal exploitation; lastly, illustrated the reason of CO gas appearance and the relatively release quantity during coal mine blasting underground. We find out the source of CO gas on the working face accurately, and provide advantages for appropriate prevention a

5、nd practical management measures.Keyword :produce mechanism, CO, spontaneous combustion, mechanical breakageIntroductionAt present, it is prevalent recognized that the forecast and prediction index gas for coal spontaneous combustion is CO gas in the coal industry, and the regulations about coal min

6、e safety also stipulate that CO gas concentration cant exceed 0.002 4% on the coal exploitation working face.But, it is detected that CO gas concentration often exceeds the standard, sometimes reaches 100 mg/kg1,during the process of coal seam exploitation in some coal fields which are located in so

7、me parts of China, such as Ningxia, Shanxi and Hebei. In the first instance, it is considered that CO gas is produced by spontaneous combustion and oxygenation of float coal in the gob, and they bring corresponding measures of fire prevention and extinguishing into effect. However the CO gas prevent

8、ion and decrease effect is disappoint. In the end, the research shows that there is no premonition of coal spontaneous combustion according to other measures of examination in these coal fields.This situation brings puzzlement on the sources of CO gas on the coal exploitation working face. At the sa

9、me time, it is testified that the produce source of CO gas in some specially embedding coal seam is not only coal spontaneous combustion, but also others factors in existence. Therefore, we research and analyze the produce mechanism of CO gas on the coal exploitation working face, in favor of analyz

10、ing and realizing accuratelythe situation of the extent of coal spontaneous combustion in the exploitation coal seam, taking right and effective measures to prevent and extinguish fie,and ensuring the exploitation driving safety.1 、CO gas is produce by coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation in go

11、bIt is all known that CO gas is produced in the course of coal spontaneous combustion, but there is no specific and exact conclusion about the individualphase of coal spontaneous combustion, which produces CO gas. When professes in Xian University of Science and Technology research the project about

12、 testing the characteristic parameter in the course of coal spontaneous combustion, they adopt large-scale coal self-ignite catch fire experimentation platform. It is testified that the original temperature of CO gas is nconsistent with similar characteristic coal sample. Some coal samples even prod

13、uce CO gas at the normal temperature, and CO gas increases corresponding to the raise of temperature of coal sample. But, because the wind quantity of working face has great influence on the concentration of CO gas, generally we .Estimate the extent of coal spontaneous combustion by the variational

14、produce velocity of CO gas.2 、CO gas originally existed in the exploitation coal seam .At present, it is on the argumentative state that whether CO gas originally exists in the exploitation coal seam or not, there isnt a clear parlance in correlative domain.Based on the unusual phenomenon that the c

15、oncentration of CO gas often exceeds standard in the Dong Huantuo Coal mine, our country experts ZhuLingqi, etc. are for the aim that to research the mechanism of CO gas originally existed in coal seam2, actualizes the technique of analyzing the component of gas which is draw-out from “deep-hole” on

16、 the locale and experimentalizes to research the component of coal sample, at last, they confirm that there are CO gases originally existing in the exploitation coal seam, at the same time, they make a lot experiments to research the relation between CO gas and the index Moisture, Ash, Fixed carbon, Volatile matter, and analyze coal sample quantificationally. Finally, they simulate the experiment data with QM
