This new type of monorail hanging technology makes the monorail application in soft rock or coal bed roadway to be possible, solves a major problem in mine auxiliary transportation mechanization

4、 and makes the auxiliary transport efficiency improved obviously, embodies the advantages of modern equipment. 5、ay coal bed roadway Monorail Hanging TechnologyINTRODUCTIONThe rock mass structure in No. 1 YI LI mines mine field mostly is soft rock, it divided into four main categories: granular structure, cataclastic structure, layered structure and block structure. The coal seam is caught in the soft rock. Th

6、e tunnel roof in this mine is soft rock or coal seam, so it have low hardness, low strength and hanging Monorail difficulties, so almost all of the soft rock or coal bed roadway only use land rail transportation equipment, it greatly limits the transportation modes selection, reduction the holistic

7、transport efficiency.The new type of monorail hanging technology we research can be used in soft rock roadway and coal seam roadway, it have an obvious effect to solve the problem of transport mode Single in the coal seam roadway and poor adaptability effectivelyTHE GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND ST

8、ABILITY OF COAL ROOF AND FLOORThe lithology of each major coal seam roof and floor in mine field is variant, mainly including mudstone, siltstone, argillaceous siltstone, silty mudstone, fine sandstone, gravel-bearing sandstone and a little of carbon mudstone. The strengths of rocks which saturated

9、compressive strengths are less than 8.9 MPa are low, so all the rocks belong to the type of soft rock.The variations in lithology and thickness of each major minable seam roof and floor are large, which primarily is bedding fissure and less developed joint fissure. The rocks have the layer structure

10、, but the bond between layers is not enough. All kinds of rocks saturated axial compressive strengths are during 0.1 8.9 MPa thatis less than 29.42 MPa, so they belong to the type of low-strength soft rock. The goaf of coal mine often occurs roof falling, collapse and rib spalling, and the argillace

11、ous rock of each seam floor easily soften in water, then each seam roof and floor are unstable. HANGING METHOD OF MONORAIL CRANE IN SEAM ROADWAYFig.1 shows the hanging structure of monorail crane in coal roadway. It is the hanging method that four bolts are driven into the inner roof of soft rock or

12、 seam roadway at intervals of two meters, and the depth must be more than two meters. The bolts lengths depend on the thickness of top seam, and each bolt is full-size grouted using resin and its anchorage force should be more than 70KN. A special four-hole hanging plate is welded with a piece of st

13、eel plate below four bolts, as shown in fig.2. High-strength bolt is selected for hanger bolt, and 40T chain whose minimum breaking force is 350KN is used for hanger chain. The special hanging rings of monorail crane are used for link rings as shown in fig.3, and two meter long I140E joist steel is
