1、 摘要本设计是为郑州某四层办公大楼进行空调设计,无内区,分季节性供冷,夏季进行空调降温处理,冬季不供冷,采用市政供热。据本建筑物的使用特点,对这常规空气水空调系统系统进行经济性、适用性、特点分析比较后确定本建筑适合使用风机盘管加新风系统。通过对建筑物冷负荷分布及耗能情况分析及,确定此系统宜采用独立送风系统,在空调房间,新风直接吹入室内。其中新风处理到室内等焓状态点,承担部分室内冷负荷。根据负荷选择风机盘管及送回风口,布置风机盘管以及送回风口,然后进行气流组织的计算来校核室内的平均风速是否符合要求;确认气流组织符合要求后,开始进行空调供、回水管和凝结水管的布置。由于建筑面积不大,房间较少,为了较
2、少初投资及使管路的布置简单化,空调水系统采用了异程式的布置方式,各个并联环路之间的压力损失基本平衡,不平衡的管路通过增加阀门等途径使其可以平衡;继而进行冷、热源机房的设计,最后阐述了空调房间的自动控制部分。关键词:空气-水系统 风机盘管加独立新风系统 自动控制AbstractThe graduation project designs air conditioning systems with water for office buildings in Zhengzhou city. As the result, I determine this construction suited using Fan coil units -fresh air system. Through to analyze cooling load distributed situation and energy situation , this

For the characteristics of the building design of the air conditioning system using fan coil units -fresh air system, the new air is handed the same enthalpy as indoor point and bear part of the cooling load in room. I chose the FCU for every room according
5、to the cool load of the room. After this, it is necessary to do the work of air flow organization in order to gain satisfied indoor environment. I come to design the water system of the building including water supply system and backwater system. Tthe different distance system is chosed finally. But
6、 this system may be result in disbalance .For acquiring a fine balance between different cycles ,I solve this problem with various valves . At last, it is time to design a room where cold water machine set and heat exchanger stay in, besides I also design the air- contioning automatic control .Key w
