Using FAHP to calculate weight vectors of each assessment factors, in order to get more real reaction of sorting relationship between various factors. Then calculate evaluation scores for various mining methods by establishing th
4、e mining methods fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model. Finally, set up the mining methods appraisal model based on the conditions of Mu Chengjian coal mine. The result shows that flexible shield mining method and bow pseudo-inclined cantilever support mining method apply to the two conditions of stee
5、p and inclined of the inverted S type seam. In engineering practice, the two economic benefits. This research will provides a reference for similar coal seam mining in the future. 6、ng is always a difficult problem in the process of coal mining, especially for the complex geological condition. Low coal recovery, difficult to manage after mining and other problems have seriously influence coal mining smoothly. How to put coal safety and high -efficiency mining out? This is the p
7、rimary problem must consider in the complex geological conditions of steep coal seam. So, choose what kind of mining method and mining techniques to realize high safety and high recovery of complicated difficult mining steep coal seam become the significance factors. In other countries, such as Russ
8、ia, Germany, United States,Australia and other countries, due to the constraints of market and economic factors, mainly exploit steep seam of better occurrence condition. Therefore, these countries have higher productivity level and large-tonnage mechanical produce are widely used. They usually adop
9、t horizontal section caving mining method, coal caving mining method, room and pillar mining method, conventional machine mining method andfully-mechanized mining . In our country, there are a number of steep coal mining methods, some early methods has knocked out because of low coal recovery and po
10、or safety. At present, it is still in use of steep coal seam mining method basically having the following kinds: overhand step mining, shrinkage stoping mining, pseudo-inclined longwall mining,slope mining method and pseudo-inclined flexible shield mining3. II. EVALUATION MODEL OF STEEP SEAM MINING
11、METHODSThere are many factors which restrict steep steam mining includes quantifiable factors and unquantifiable factors. Its difficult to grasp when evaluating. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is a comprehensive evaluation methods based on fuzzy mathematics, this method take the qualita
12、tive evaluation into quantitative evaluation on the basis of fuzzy membership degree theory, and with clearly and strong systematicness results. Therefore, choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to appraise these steep seam mining methods. A. Determine the Fuzzy evaluation factor sets When selecting
13、and designing mining method, we need to fully consider the geological factors, technical and economic factors and safety factors6. 14、In determining the evaluation set, we need to make evaluation form and organization expert research on evaluation of various mining methods alone. The results of evaluation were concluded in Table1. Had finished the questionnaire can we get the assessment matrix of secondary level factor sets relati
