3、能力为90000m3,近期人口数18万,远期人口数25万。按“近期设计,远期规划”的原则设计。根据设计原始资料中的用水量、水质、水体资料等选择首先进行用水量计算,编制出城市总用水量计算表,确定设计规模;其次确定城市给水系统的水源选择,水源位置,取水方式,输配水方式;城市净水厂方案选择与比较,净水厂扩大初步设计;城市输水管与给水管网的设计;取水工程工艺设计;二泵房工艺设计;最后编写设计说明书绘制图纸。整个工程包括三大部分:取水工程、净水工程和输配水工程。1、取水工程:根据该市的地形及地理条件,将水厂建于河流中上游,靠近河流南岸西侧地形平坦处,选用岸边式统一供水方案。取水泵房采用矩形半地下式泵房,
4、泵型号为20SA-22。2、净水工程: (1)混凝:混凝剂采用聚合氯化铝(其中Al2O3为10%),采用湿投加法,用管式静态混合器混合; (2)絮凝:往复式隔板絮凝池反应时间20min,长19.0m,宽20m,总高2.3m;(3)沉淀:平流沉淀池为2组,沉淀时间2.0h,长100.8m,宽13.5m,总高3.9m;(4)过滤:普通快滤池设4组,成双行排列,滤速11m/h,每组滤池长11m,宽11m,总高3.9m,反冲洗方式采用高位水箱;(5)消毒:消毒采用液氯消毒,加氯量为3.94kg/h;选用ZJ-型转子真空加氯机2台,1用1备,每台加氯机加氯量为0.59kg/h。(6)清水池:设两座,每座
5、有效容积为4883m3。清水池顶部有1.0m的覆土厚度,并加以绿化美化环境。3、输配水管网:根据最高日最高时用水量进行分配流量以及管网的定线并进行管网平差,进行消防及事故校核,以符合设计规范要求。管网布置成环状,由二泵站统一输水。该工程的建成和投产有望能够有效解决邢台市目前存在的供水能力不足现状,较大幅度地提高该市饮用水的安全可靠性。关键词 取水工程;净水工程;输配水工程;平流沉淀池;环状网AbstractThe main task of this design is the preliminary design of Xingtai water supply project, the des
